Providence joint replacement surgery in Spokane tested a pilot partnership with WebMD to generate appointment requests. The purpose is to determine if this is a viable strategy for use in other markets. WebMD visitors were targeted during key information gathering moments. My role was to design banner ads for display and to extend brand messaging via in-session retargeting.
